Never Answer they're phone.
I have been a member for about 2 years, when I had a pat hole claim I emailed Sibogile on the day it happen didn't get feedback. Later was told she no longer works there an told to email everything to Lindeni Nkosi. I did this on 29 November. Still waiting for feed back. Policy number L***.
