Misrepresentation and signing up of services that I was not informed I need to pay a monthly subscription

A lady from road protect called me to say that she was explaining the services that were offered by Wesbank since I am a client of Wesbank, only to sign me up to this service?Not once did she say I need to pay for it??? I do not want any extra services!!!! Cancel it immediately. You cant phone people and sell them things without knowing I need to pay monthly.I also said I cant talk right now I am driving. I had no idea I was signed up for a service. She started the call by asking personal questions and said its to verify my wesbank car loan. Then advised I will receive the service and make it seem like its just a valua add. This is a complete misrepresentation! Ive send 4 emails to no avail
