Misrepresentation

Seems like all sales consultants employ the same ********** "sales method". I was contacted by someone pretending to be from Wesbank today. This person said that they had called in order to confirm that my details with Wesbank are all correct and up tp date. He then went through all of my details (which have obviously been sold to Road Protect by Wesbank). He then proceeded to tell me about all of the wonderful new benefits that I qualify for because my vehicle is financed by Wesbank. At no stage was a premium mentioned, at no stage was the fact that this person was selling me a product mentioned, at no stage was I asked whether I agreed to purchase this product, at no stage was I asked for bank details for a debit order for this product (obviously these are provided by Wesbank to Road Protect which is not something that I would ever have agreed to). When I got off of the phone I was emailed documentation regarding this product, again there is no mention of the premium or cost of this product. This is a disgusting sales method, I was blatantly **** to.
