Service was excellent in the form of punctuality and feedback. I initially called Lorenda 2 months before the expiry of licence. She advised that it was too early to start the process but promised to reminder me at the earliest date I could submit documentation. She did not forget. She keep me abreast of the application status and finally had my licence delivered promptly to my residence.
