License renewal fail!

I app**** online through Wesbank on the 10th of December 2020. On the 13th of January 2021 I enquired what was going on since I haven’t received any feedback or a license disk I was told that I never send a copy of my ID or proof of address. Nowhere during the application process was There any indication that additional documents was needed, I assumed this was in order since Wesbank had all these docs on file and someone would contact me to just maybe confirm the address for delivery. So I immediately sent the docs to ***. I received a email received confirmation.... then nothing.... I followed up again on Wednesday the 27th of January and received a mail that my query was assigned to Lebohang Motaung. So I waited for Lebo to contact me. Yesterday the 2nd of Feb I got tired of waiting and sent Lebohang a mail. We talked back and forth and he eventually told me that I needed to send the docs within 3 days, then Lebohang was done with me. No communication further. Please assist me in getting my damnn license renewed. I guess you are going to say ahhh sorry nê and then I’ll have to pay the penalties. FRUSTRATED!!!
