License renewal almost 2 months

I renewed my car license on the 7th August 2020. I paid the fees. On the 25th of August it was renewed but came back as blocked. I contacted road protect and was informed by Maryke Oberholze that it was due to enforcements at that once I paid them, my license will be reprinted. On August 25th I payed the enforcements and sent them to Maryke. I was informed that the proof of payments will be sent. (Still waiting for that since the 25th of August).

Since then I haven't heard anything from Road Protect since. I called on the 16th of August and spoke to Maryke after waiting for 30 Min for someone just to answer the call. I need this to be resolved and was informed that they are waiting for it to come back from reprint.
