License Disc renewal

I renewed my license on the 30th of October 2019 here it is the 13th of November and still i have not heard anything about it! Each time i call the operator tells me that she is waiting for it to be processed and that she would call me when she hears something guess what still nothing! i am disgusted with the service and i will never use them again.
