Licence Disk Renewal

I was initially assisted by Elandi and then followed up with Tamika who both promised to contact me regarding a delay in the delivery of my car licence disk but yhoooo there was just never feedback given. During the conversations I had with them I picked up that Thuli Mthembu was responsible for tracking my parcel. What a pleasure it was working with her.... She turned my whole negative experience into a positive. Feedback is very important and this lady left me at ease as she kept me updated.
