Licence Disk Delivery

I paid for my licence disk and everything was processed, but their courier company is completely useless they show up to your delivery without notifying you that your parcel is out for delivery to ensure that someone will be around to receive it, I amended mt delivery address to my work address and then they told some lie saying the receptionist told them there's no one by name where I work, I receive deliveries all the time all of a sudden when I am supposed to get my licence disk I supposedly don't exist what a joke. So I have been waiting for more than a week and I'm going on the second week driving around with an expired licence disk even though I paid. Don't use Road Protect if want sanity because every single day some customer care consultant promises to follow up but nothing really changes.
