Licence Disk

I have app**** for Renewal of License Disk and its been 2 months now. I paid R450 in February 26 and when i enquire i was told proof of residence is outstanding. I emailed all necessary documents still i have not received it and again i phoned Road Protect and was told its the traffic department that is slow. Im frustrated now because my disk has expired and if i kbew it was going to take long i would have done it myself at the Post Office
