Licence disc renewal
It was the 23 October 2019 when I paid and sent documents for my licence renewal. 29 October 2019 I got a call that my disc will be delivered in that week. I have made number of calls they say they are waiting for printing. 07 Nov 2019 I sent Elandi an email about this no response. Today 13/11/2019 I call only for them to say I must send documents again. Question is what happened to the documents I sent? Mind you my disc is already expired.So unprofessionaaaaaaal.
