Lack of Service and Contact difficulties

Why is your landline not being manned for days now? The phone just rings. Logged my query via email. The previous staff members were extremely efficient, this time it's back to struggling for service. I've ended up not using the License Protect service I pay for and rather drove to the licensing centre for renewals.
