I've been using the TigerAdvantagePlus service to renew my license disk for the last 3 years, This year it looks like they've updated to an app, both the app and web portal however seems to be broken. Despite that, Sipho Ntoampe assisted me through phone and email efficiently, hopefully my disk gets delivered in the next week or 2.
