Incredible Service Recovery

Thulisile Mthembu saved the day for Road Protect. She did a fantastic job of service recovery.

I app**** for a license to be renewed, and received the wrong documents. She was able to have the documents collected the next morning, and then delivered the following day. Her service was friendly and efficient. When things go wrong, the most important thing is on how you fix them, and this is exemplary service on how to do just that.
