I urge people to not use this service

I recently made use of this service for my license disc renewal as I would do so yearly. The service was changed and different compared to the previous year and it seems that the company is quick to request for a good hellopeter review without providing the necessary service. I went on by sending an email on the 25th of October to management and to my surprise to date I have not gotten a response yet. It is pivotal in a customer service department to assist your clients to the fullest and ensure that everything is clear and their requests are handled appropriately. I am now considering to withdraw my monthly subscription and go to another company who will cater for my needs as this service isn't free. It is really frustrating to have to deal with such.
