I paid for a license disc renewal that is said to be delivered between 7-14 days. In time of writing this it has been 5 weeks waiting for my disc. My grace period has even lapsed. My communication with them is via email as I am not able to get hold of anyone. Their responses on email is not clear on when I can expect my license disc, and also the reason for delays are all lies from them or the courier company. Heed with caution on this company. Pay for your disc two month in advance or just do it yourself. I would like to get my license disc renewed so I can cancel the entire subscription including all Netstar products as well.
