I made payment 2 wee...

I made payment 2 weeks ago and I am STILL waiting for my licence disk... And I have to keep sending emails requesting feedback... And my initial invoice I got given was higher than what it actually costs to renew my licence... And who's gonna be the one to get fined if they pull me over and see an expired licence disc? Me, not Road Protect. Next time I'd rather just save myself time and aggravation and do it myself.
