I got the cover through Netstar, changed car and they came to instal a new device on my new car and the policy somehow remained under my old car

I got the cover through Netstar, changed car and they came to instal a new device on my new car and the policy somehow remained under my old car. There’s no way of knowing what it’s for as it reflects as Netstar on statements but the two companies aren’t connected, I had been paying for over 2 years with no benefits if the cover. Got helped with cancellation though👍🏽.
