I am extremely disappointed and concerned by my experience

I am extremely disappointed and concerned by my experience. An agent sent me a vehicle assessment report containing highly sensitive personal and vehicle information, including registration details, licensing information, vehicle photographs, and other identifying data that should never have been disclosed to an unauthorized third party. The report contained enough information for me to identify and make contact with the vehicle owner, which clearly demonstrates the seriousness of this data breach. The fact that such confidential information was shared so carelessly raises major concerns about the company's data protection practices and internal controls. This appears to be a direct violation of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)
