Horrific services. Do not ever renew your license disk with the FNB App
The worst service I have ever received. If you would like to wait up to three months to get your license disk renewed, be my guest! You will have to send endless emails, make 100's of calls and most certainly loose your temper to get anything out of Road protect. They just don't care about the law!! Its come to a point where I have had to wait 3months for my license disk ands still haven't received it yet.
I have received a fine and will be sending the fine their way. Trust me - whatever you do, do not engage with road protect. The worst service ever!

Our records show that your license was originally blocked due to outstanding traffic enforcements. We did receive payment for these enforcements and settled the fines accordingly. We submitted the license for renewal again but unfortunately it is now blocked due to another unlicensed vehicle.
