Horrible service... or should I say the lack of it!!!!

my licence expired in September, I got a notification a month before to renew it with them I made the payment in September and its now almost two months of doing the police because I’m driving around with an expired disc. I am still waiting for delivery of my license disc to date! Horrible service, never again. They don’t update you on what’s going nothing. I just want my money back I will go to the traffic department and do this myself.
