Horrible service.

I hit a pothole which had broken 2 rims, and punctured 2 tyres in March 2023! When I made the claim, the email had said it would take between 3 months to a year. Surprise surprise, we’re sitting in December of 2025, with the only emails coming through is “we’re waiting for feedback”. When asked as to why they say 3 months to a year, they said that they don’t know. I’m seriously beyond frustrated, paying every single month for something that’s not even useful. Seriously beyond disappointed with this.
