Horrible customer service

Very frustrated and disappointed with their service. I have been waiting from Monday for my license disk. I am the one that must follow up with them no one keeps me on the loop as to what is happening. They have been saying that courier it will deliver my disk I told them how urgent this matter is as my disk has expired. I guess no one from their side is following up to check if my disk was delivered. I will be definitely canceling their contract. They have no care for their customers at all.
