Great service by Venantia Ryan

This is just my comment to say that Venantia Ryan's service has been excellent so far in resolving my issues with regards to traffic fines which I should not be receiving. There is a very long delay in getting my traffic fines removed, but this is out of Road Protect's control.

Nevertheless, she is very professional and communicates well in providing updates.
