I received assistance from Simoney Howie for quotes on a battery for my Mom's car out in East London whilst sitting in JHB. She was able to get me the quotes expediently and further assist me with the physical installation at my Moms house by asking the guys from TWT East London to go there. The entire experience was seamless and Simoney was absolutely wonderful. I also ended up requesting assistance with the car's licence renewal which again went well without a hitch. Now I'm just awaiting delivery of the disc within the next 14 days.
