Good service from a cold call centre

Caitlin was very helpful and a first that when I tell a call centre that I can not talk right now, she offered to e-mail me the details instead. Something like that is uncommon in an industry where call centre agents often badger you once you tell them that you can not talk or are not interested. <br> Kudos to Caitlin!
