Good service comes from efficient staff

Just a big shout out for Jason Klokie at TWT. Springfield Durban.

His initial contact with me was when I went to Top up Nitrogen.

I always say its not businesses that draw customers, its the people who are in the business that draw in customers..

A valuable lesson I learnt many years ago working for Allan & Margaret Hirsch.

Jason friendly and knowledgeable way which he presented the Road Protect features..

I was particularly interested in getting car license renewed by Tiger Wheel and Tyre.. The R99 pm included discount on tyres & includes my partner car..

Jason was instrumental in sorting out few hick ups, when I sent in my documents to be processed..

I am many companies have experienced challenges as lot of staff are working from home, and I had few agents getting hold of me to ask for documentation.. Which I had sent..

I mentioned this to Jason, and got a reply email from their head office to say all was in order..

A contact number on the invoice was unreachable, Jason gave me call number direct, which whom I spoke to very helpful lady on switch board, who expedited my query I had sent on email..

The reason I would recommend TWT.. Specifically Springfield, all staff friendly and helpful.

Jason prompt reply and their department that was able to come back to me assuring me the License renewal was in process.

All businesses can make mistakes, its how they rectify them that counts. Certainly having people like Jason, who is a big asset to the business, I will always go back there. Many thanks for those staff members at Springfield branch who are always friendly and helpful.
