Tamica Veale has been extremely friendly and helpful and offered to assist me to sort out other issues my son has with fines. - so far so good. I have recently used them to renew my car licence via the FNB app. Must say they are slow on updating the progress report (on FNB app) but did get my new license delivered to my home after 3 weeks considering that the various traffic dept are lagging behind.
