Good customer service provided

This morning I received an email from Tamica responding to my inquiry to be assisted with vehicle licence disc renewal since my membership has lapsed. It was very pleasing to receive a follow-on call from Simoney who refreshed my memory about the product that I had once enjoyed and its additional improved and added benefits. Road Protect should be grateful to have persons of these two calibres who showed impeccable understanding to customer experience. These two are highly commendable for extra miles they went beyond their call of duty as Simoney very politely and patiently explained the traditional product and the improved product and how it is going to benefit me and my family. Hence, I revived my membership without further delay.
