From Bad to Excellent

My initial experience with Road Protect started off on a bad foot. I misunderstood the product from the sales call made 12 months ago. I got into contact with their customer support to cancel my subscription as I'm paying for a particular service that was described to me on the sales call made to me after the installation of Netstar tracking device.

Nellie from the Road Protect team, Product Consultant, was so professional and assisted to retrieve the original sales call recording so that we can listen to what the tele sales operator described to me. I admittedly misunderstood the product and Nellie was able to reinstate trust in the Road Protect product.

I have all these benefits only for a mere R70 a month, definitely worth while paying. 1 x Free Puncture Repair per year 1 X Free Wheel Balancing per year 1 x Free Wheel Alignment (12 month waiting period) 1 x Free Tyre Rotation Service per year Assistance with traffic fine reduction up to 100% and notification of any road traffic infringements against any of my vehicles registered with Road Protect.
