Friendly, to the point and great service!!!

I had a call from Caitlin Steele this morning explaining the new offering from Wesbank. She was quick, efficient and to the point. She was very clear in her explanation of the product offering and when I asked something more specific she said that she would find out from her manager and call me back which she did with in 2 minutes of putting the phone down.<br> <br> It was really a pleasure dealing with a telemarketer who did not waist my time as these type of calls could be a pain and an irritation.<br> <br> Thanks Caitlin for the great service and the laugh we had.<br> <br> Regards,<br> Ian
