I have sent in numerous emails requesting for services advertised upon signing up for this plan. It seems to be a whole lot of false advertising and very poor response from the consultants. Wesbank will be contacted as well to inform them of the poor service received from their outsources company. I will also be contacting the consumer protection agency to report this fund. I want my contract cancelled and all contributions refunded to me in full. I have not received any service so far from this fund, despite my previous requests.
