********** or bad service delivery - Road Protect

I registered online via Wesbank webpage for Road Protect to do my personalized number plates. From what I have read from the previous reviews on this company, it is dismal. But being affiliated to Wesbank, I thought this company was on par, little did I know. Road Protect (Elandi Fourie) confirmed payment via email on 29/07/20 and to date I still have received NOTHING from these ********s. I complained on the Wesbank webpage but to date still have not been contacted. Road Protect have taken over R3000 from me for this service and to date nothing. It is now almost end of October, almost two and a half months later. Mails to Elandi (Service manager) and to '***' yield absolutely no response. If you do get a response, its days later, with excuses. Do I lay a case of ***** against Road Protect/ Elandi Fourie? This is definitely not service delivery.
