follow up review
Unfortunately and underwhelmingly... my query has not yet been attended to as promised on the response of the last review. I have not received any call from them. I still don’t have the call recording of my subscription and haven’t been refunded my money despite not having received any assistance or benefit for my premiums. 3 weeks ago they said they are negotiating a discount for me on my ekurhuleni fines but guess what ? Still not discounted still no communication or assistance. I would highly advise that you cancel your policy with this company or don’t even waste your money if you wanna join. Don’t do it guys.

If one doesn’t take legal action and expose this company on national TV, they will never learn. They will **** a whole lot of other individuals. and trust me I will. I want my money back.
