FNB/Wsebank and Road Protect and Tiger Wheels

I found the product that FNB/Wesbank have with Road protect difficult to access. At one point when called I was informed that I qualified for free wheel balancing services at Tiger Wheels, but I have had to go through challenges as I tried to receive the service. it was a real hustle to get the service through a normal call centre. I remembered that I once communicated with Nompumelelo Makhubo. Once again I have to give another five star for the service that she provides. Keep up the good work. I a still disappoint with FNB/Wesbank and Road protect please improve on the claims process.
