Five Years of ignored/unresolved Complaints I’ve paid RoadProtect since 2018. Since 2020 I’ve repeatedly told them I receive no emails about fines, licence renewals, or any notifications — yet nothing is ever resolved. Every year they claim reminders were sent, every year I report I don’t get them and ask them to investigate. But after five years of repeated complaints, the same problem persists. My husband experiences the exact same issue. My licence expired again without a single reminder. RoadProtect consistently fails to provide the service promised, demonstrates chronic incompetence, and treats paying customers with negligence and disregard. Avoid this company entirely — it is unreliable, frustrating, and a waste of money.
