False Promises.
When I joined Auto Elite I was phoned by Road Protect a few days later and the agent gave me this long story about how they would help with traffic fines and when I got a fine I contacted Road Protect to assist with the fine and after about 4 weeks I got a e-mail stating they had the absolute pleasure that the fine had been reduced from R1000.00 to R500.00, which means that they achieved absolutely nothing as the admission of guilt fine is R500.00. I am very unhappy as I could have achieved the same result without having to pay a monthly premium why charge for a service if you can't deliver on what you promise.

Please note that we received a request for assistance on a traffic fine on the 2nd of February 2018. The required documentation was requested from you in order to proceed with your traffic fine representation. The required documentation was only received a month later, on the 9th of March. We immediately submitted all relevant documents to the department and received the following outcome;
After numerous feedback request the department advised that the fine is only payable on the 19th of April which is 1 day before the trial date at an amount of R500.00. We thus submitted you with the feedback and await your confirmation on whether you wish to proceed with the payment.
Kindly advise how you would like for us to proceed.
