Fails to meet Expectations

I have been a loyal customer of Tiger Wheel Advance for two years and recently attempted to utilize the services provided. Unfortunately, despite submitting a request for assistance, I have not received any response or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable and falls short of the standards I expect from your company. If my previous email went unnoticed, I hope this review will garner your attention. Consequently, I am compelled to cancel the services I have subscribed to, as I am not receiving the value I am entitled to.
