Failed Cancellation of my Policy
<p>I contacted Road Protect to cancel my policy with the company and on the 3rd of November 2016 i recieved confirmation of the cancellation from Kerry-Ann Marran.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my surprise, having cancelled the policy, a deduction by the company occured on my bank account. On the 29th of November i reported the matter and also requested a refund to Kerry-Ann, and she also reported to her surperios. No refund was granted.</p> <p> </p> <p>The same happened in December and i reported the matter to the company and the same has happened in January. They still have not refunded me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bad service.</p>

It is very unfortunate that having had a response from the subject company a few days after I had reported the matter, and them promising that they have cancelled the policy and that i will be refunded; that has not happened.
Not only have i not been refunded but the policy has not been cancelled as well.
