Extremely Dissapointing Experience with Road Protect via First National Bank
Decided to renew my licenses via FNB with Road Protect. Received confirmation on Monday 24 February that everything was in order. After various follow ups since with Chante Haywood and Road Protect not providing any updates on the progress, I have still not received my documents. I can honestly not recommend this service to anyone, paying R199 per license for absolutely nothing. In addition I will lodge a complaint with FNB for making use of this company. Any fines I might incur for driving with an expired disc will be sent to Road Protect.
