Excellent service and good email communication

Excellent service, clear communication via email and rapid turn around time. I'm surprised by all the bad reviews here. I've used them for three years and have had excellent service all three times. This year, I lost my license disk after receiving it in the mail and they quickly helped obtain a reprint. Happy to not have to wait in line at the post office and deal with systems that are always down!
