Excellent Customer Service

I would like to express my gratitude for the excellent and speedy service that I received from Elandi Fourie from Road Protect. I requested them to renew my vehicle license for me, but when I realized that it would be more effort and paperwork for me I requested them to cancel my request and refund me. The response from Elandi Fourie from Road Protect was excellent. I know the fault doesn’t lie with Road Protect or Wesbank, but with the system being used in Mpumalanga. I suspected that there is no easier way of doing it, the only way is to do it yourself or pay someone to do it and then do all the stupid paperwork. I am sure that this system works well in other provinces.
