DO NOT USE ROAD PROTECT
Possibly the worst service levels I have ever come across. They do not respond to emails, they do not call you. They process debit orders after you cancel the contract. They do not process credits for licences fees paid when they could not deliver the service. I used another on-line company to renew my motor vehicle licences and it was done in a couple days.

We have cancelled your cover and requested that you send Elandi your banking details in order for a refund to be done as Nadia did request this in January Please note that we cant assist with multiple vehicles in different Provinces and as per the Department of Roads and Transport all vehicles must be registered in the Province you are permanently residing in and there cannot be more than one address as per Natis.
