Dishonesty and Incompetence
Sent a request for renewal of my disc 27th August 2020. They have never ever gotten back to me. Thereafter I contacted that many times. They promised to check whether my disc was renewed.
They never did. I contacted telephonically. The lady by the name Elandi Fourie asked for my ID and registration and provided it to her. She told me that my licence was renewed Friday already and will be posted in 2 days. Only to find out nothing happened as she came back and asked for my ID and proof of Address.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! She is not responding to my emails and picking up my calls. Elandi Fourie
