Dishonest and disgraceful

Extremely dishonest company. The consultant who phoned me pretended to be from Wesbank. She said the policy was a new benefit from 1 July. At the end of the call I asked to be transferred to another department and she even pretended to do so- of course I was on hold for about 15min before I put the phone down. I realise now it was all a lie. Terrible terrible, glad I picked it up before I was charged. It is unacceptable to cheat customers into paying for policies.
