Disappointing service
I am really unhappy with the service I have received from Road Protect. I am dealing with two fines from April. One eventually got sorted out , but the other one is still outstanding. Despite numerous follow up efforts, it is still unresolved. And I am now not getting any feedback from agents at Road Protect. What am I paying the monthly fee for? What is the purpose of this service if no one is responding to me? Very disappointing, unfortunately.
Please sort this out urgently.
