Good service received from Nadia Nienaber. I followed up on the progress of my renewal when i received an email from Nadia advising me that there is a slight delay caused by load shedding and assured me that i would receive the disk before the end of the grace period. Needless to say, i received my disk a day later well within the grace period. If this is the service I will receive then will be sure to use this service in the future. I was kept informed and updated and was not just left in the dark.
