Complaint turned into a compliment - Well done Elandi!
What started out as a complaint on Hellopeter.com turned around into a compliment! Elandi responded to my complaint the same day, got the paperwork in order and my licence is now renewed - I'm just waiting for it to be couriered.
Thank you Elandi, you are a star!
(A word though - I definitely think that Beame can learn from this experience to improve their systems significantly...)
