COMMUNICATION.... WHAT COMMUNICATION????!!!!
Absolutely no response after multiple emails to Eileen James and the general email address. Received a reference number ##***7## on October 14th and that I would be contacted back but still nothing.....
Will be stopping the monthly debit order. Can put that money to better use elsewhere.
