Commendation: Road Protect consultant Tamica Veale

I wish to make a special effort to thank consultant Tamica Veale of Road Protect for going that extra mile to help a client like me. I am a pensioner, stone deaf, not too healthy and due to the current lockdown circumstances opted to renew my motor vehicle licenses via FNB NavCar App and Road Protect. The patience, tolerance and willingness showed by Tamica Veale was just amazing. She repeated herself on the phone continuously to make sure I hear and understand. She gave me her office telephone number if I needed any assistance. When my application for vehicle license was blocked, she personally contacted the relevant parties to get the exact reason. She downloaded all documents and forwarded it to me explaining what to do. Furthermore she enquired regularly if I am succeeding. All this was over and above her normal duties. I felt the need to make this known especially in this world where we are conditioned to do only what is required and what we get paid for. Tamica Veale really needs to be commended!
